I am Nicolas a French entrepreneur with business in Paris and Las Vegas. We are mainly into the business of providing healthy catering and cooking demos. Skype conversations are very useful to make sure understanding of the project is the same on both sides. Account Managers are included in every conversation throughout the project life cycle. They make sure my questions are answered on time, deadlines are met, the project is moving towards the right direction, etc. So, my experience with the Account Manager has been very positive. Moreover, they understand the project and plan accordingly. Both designers & developers’ skillset is great.
